Salary/Pay Rate: Competitive, with a £250 training allowance included

Candidate Responsibilities for the Social Worker - Children's role:

• Manage and support cases within the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team, specifically for MASH Team 4 - Secondment Cover
• Conduct assessments, investigations, and interventions for children and families in need of support
• Ensure compliance with all safeguarding policies and procedures
• Collaborate with partner agencies and team members to develop tailored support plans
• Maintain detailed and accurate case records in line with statutory and organisational requirements
• Provide emotional and practical support to vulnerable children and their families
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and supervision sessions to ensure best outcomes
• Demonstrate a compassionate and professional approach when working with children, young people, and their families
