Candidate Responsibilities

As a Social Worker – Mental Health and Autism Team (Autism Focus), your key responsibilities will include:

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this Social Worker role, you should possess:

  • A valid Social Worker qualification
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in mental health and autism services
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car (essential for travel to service users’ locations)
  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary settings
  • Good office presence and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment with mandatory office days
  • Gaps in employment history will be reviewed and verified with references
