Compass Fostering are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Supervising Social Worker (SSW) to join our dedicated team. Based in our Cardiff office, you’ll manage a caseload across South Wales, supporting foster families and helping transform the lives of young people 💙

👩‍⚕️ The Role

• Manage and support a caseload of foster families across South Wales 🏡
• Provide supervision, guidance, and professional support to carers 🤝
• Ensure high standards of care and safeguarding at all times 🔒
• Contribute to the development of personalised care plans for young people 📋

💰 Competitive Salary

• £33,000 – £41,000 per year
