Candidate Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of family help professionals to deliver exceptional service

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Manager or similar leadership role within family or social services
- Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism
- Knowledge of family support legislation and procedures
- Relevant qualifications in social work or related fields are desirable
