Are you an experienced Social Care professional with strong leadership skills? We are currently seeking a dedicated Team Manager - Social Care Qualified to join our team on a 2-week contract basis. About the Role:

As a Team Manager - Social Care Qualified, your primary responsibility will be to lead and support a team of social care workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services. Your expertise in social care combined with your leadership skills will be crucial in maintaining compliance, fostering a positive team environment, and delivering excellent outcomes for service users. Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of social care staff to ensure quality service delivery
  • Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing support and training
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Liaise with clients, families, and external agencies to coordinate care plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and case records
  • Promote a positive, supportive environment for both staff and service users
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker (or equivalent social care qualification)
  • Proven experience in social care management, ideally as a Team Manager
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures
  • Valid DBS check and right to work in the UK
