The Accounts Assistant will support financial operations by processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end close. Responsibilities include handling invoices, expenses, and financial documentation. Strong attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work collaboratively with the finance team are essential. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of the company's financial processes.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Purchase Order Management:
- Generate and manage purchase orders, maintaining organized records and facilitating smooth procurement processes.
- Handle the processing of financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Month-End Close Support:
- Assist in month-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial reporting.
- Manage and process employee expenses, verifying claims and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation, including invoices, receipts, and financial records.
Collaboration with Finance Team:
- Work collaboratively with the finance team to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.
