Job Description

Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Administrator to work in Cambridge within the NHS on a temporary agency contract.

£13.50 (included with in the rate holiday pay and ENI)

Monday to Friday 0800-1600

Job Role/Requirements & Skills Required

  • General admin duties with attention to detail.
  • Dealing with telephone call and queries in professional manner. Processing referrals.
  • Typing correspondence, reports and summaries.
  • Inputting and updating service user/team information.
  • Recording information into patient records.
  • Appointment bookings and cancellations.
  • Clinical letters and correspondence using necessary computer systems including SystmOne and Teams.
