Job title - Administrator
Location - Ilford, IG1
Contract - Temporary ongoing
Hours - Part Time 18 hours - Monday to Friday 13:00-17:00
Start Date: ASAP

We are currently recruiting for a part time Administrator to be responsible for daily distribution of post, allocation of new housing cases, minute taking, co-ordinating Subject Access Requests, Freedom of Information Requests and general admin support. The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

This is an office-based role located in Ilford, with afternoon shifts only and a total of 18 hours per week (Monday - Friday).

Duties would include:

  • Performing daily distribution of post
  • Allocating new housing cases
  • Taking minutes during meetings
  • Co-ordinating Subject Access Requests and Freedom of Information Requests
  • Providing general admin support

Essential criteria and experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
