What you’ll doAs part of their collaborative and supportive team you will:
- Deliver high-quality social work services to adults in need across Oban, Lorn & the Isles.
- Carry out strengths-based assessments and develop personalised care plans.
- Coordinate referrals and liaise with other services to ensure joined-up support.
- Promote independence and wellbeing through community-based solutions.
- Travel to island communities within the service area (accommodation and travel support provided).
- A qualified and registered Social Worker (SSSC).
- Experience in adult services or community care settings.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel is an essential part of this role).
- Strong communication, assessment and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic caseload.
