Asset Manager

Our client, a local authority based in Kensington & Chelsea are looking for an Asset Manager to join their team. This is on an ongoing contract basis.

The main purpose of the role is to ensure that the information systems that are used to manage the data within the department and from which information is provided for operational and decision-making purposes are configured, used and maintained appropriately.

To ensure that data is manipulated and prepared for operational and decision-making purposes and that users are equipped with the appropriate skills to access and use the data to support the delivery of the capital programme and the servicing and maintenance of the existing technical assets.

To develop and maintain all databases relevant to the work of the Assets and Regeneration department to provide such management information as is necessary for informed decisions and actions to be taken.

To be responsible for producing statistical reports and performance indicators concerning the property portfolio and stock condition and provide a high level of customer service in the prompt and accurate retrieval of information.

Ensure that all databases are updated as further surveys are carried out and information becomes available in respect of completed planned maintenance and capital programme works.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies/attributes;

Relevant professional qualification.

Candidates will have experience of Asset Management, specifically within data management.
