Due to expansion, we are looking for three passionate and capable Assistant Service Managers to join the team in the Shropshire area. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a values-driven organisation committed to quality, inclusion, and personal development.
πŸ’Ό Available Roles:

1️⃣ Assistant Service Manager – Female-Only Service (Multiple Locations, Shropshire)
  • Supports women in supported living services
  • Covers 3 local services – must be willing to travel between them
  • Driver required: Full UK licence, own car, business insurance
  • Experience supporting individuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) is a plus
2️⃣ Assistant Service Manager – Highley
  • Supports two young males with autism, LD, and complex behaviour
  • Covers 1 residential service in Highley
  • Driver required: Full UK licence, own car, business insurance
  • Opportunity to support a new team and help shape the home from the ground up
3️⃣ Assistant Service Manager –Shrewsbury
  • Focuses on individuals with acquired brain injury
  • Covers 1 service in a rural area of Shropshire
  • Driving licence preferred, but not essential
  • Suitable for candidates with strong leadership and understanding of ABI

  • Experience leading or supervising a care/support team
  • Background in social care: autism, learning disabilities, ABI preferred
  • Strong understanding of sector regulations (e.g. CQC, safeguarding)
  • Confidence with IT systems (Office 365)
  • Flexible, reliable and committed to delivering person-centred care
  • Ability to promote positive risk-taking and independence
  • Passionate about inclusion, equality and rights-based support
  • Driver essential for some roles (see above)
