Position: Band 4 - Mental Health Support Worker
Specialisation: Older Adults Waiting Lists

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday | 9am - 5pm
Pay Rate: £14.50ph

Responsibilities:

• To support managing the waiting list for Older Adults with varying mental health issues.
• To assist with risk management
• To liaise with relevant members of the multi-disciplinary team and external agencies to support patient care.
• Ensure confidentiality & correct documentation & at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Fully enhanced, valid DBS
• Nursing degree is not required.
• Must have mental health experience.
• Must be an experienced health care assistant or support worker.

Rate Breakdown
£14.50ph LTD | £13.31 PAYE Inclusive

We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
