Role and Responsibilities:
To be a registered practitioner for own caseload in the Community Rehabilitation Team.
To work across whole of PCFT footprint as we cover all 5 boroughs.
To provide rehab interventions i.e. in reach to inpatients on the discharge pathway and input to those living in the community.
To direct support staff using goal plans.
Service users to have case formulation supported by the team psychologist.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Mental Health Nurse.
- Fully enhanced DBS
- Community experience

Pay rate:
£27ph LTD | £24.29 PAYE Inclusive | £21.68 Exclusive
We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
