**ENTRY LEVEL CARE JOB! - MINIMAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

An incredible opportunity has just become available for a Care Assistant to deliver care to adults within their own home in Rayleigh, Essex.

Hourly Rate: £9.90ph PAYE

Hours and length of contract:

  • FULL OR PART TIME 37.5 hours
  • Mixture of flexible shifts:
    • 7am-2/3pm
    • 2/4pm-10pm
  • The manager is looking for the position to be filled ASAP

Daily Duties:

You will be working for an award-winning Housing Association, providing care to elderly adults with varying needs within their own homes. You will be supporting those above 55 years of age, those with Dementia, Diabetes, Physical Disabilities and Sensory Impairments.

Daily duties include but are not limited to:

  • Providing person centred care, helping them with their medication, personal care, moving and handling and promoting independence.
  • Having conversations with service users and making a difference in their lives
  • Recording the support provided, updating case notes and records
  • Working with the customers, family members, friends and other professionals as and when appropriate to ensure that their goals are being met and they are happy

Person specification:

The applicant must have recent experience within the field and be DBS cleared.
