Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a Care Coordinator in Enfield
 
We are seeking a committed Care Coordinator to join our Enablement Team, supporting the effective delivery of care services across Enfield. This vital role focuses on rota planning, call monitoring through the CM2000 system, and frontline customer support. The successful candidate will be part of a rolling rota schedule covering early, day, and evening shifts from 7am–10pm, including alternate weekends.
 
Pay rate - £14.26 PAYE / £17.54 Umbrella
 
Main Responsibilities
 
As a Care Coordinator you will be responsible for:
 
  • Manage and update electronic rotas via the CM2000 call monitoring system.
  • Take and manage incoming calls to the main office, ensuring high standards of customer service.
  • Monitor and log care calls, identifying and addressing missed or late calls promptly.
  • Allocate shifts and care visits to outreach carers and support staff.
  • Provide administrative support including data collection, meeting notes, and audit reports.
  • Support financial and general admin duties, including use of procurement systems and handling client monies as required.
 
Requirements:
 
  • Experience in rota planning, ideally within a domiciliary care setting.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Confident handling calls and engaging with service users, carers, families, and professionals.
