Role: Registered Home Manager – Children’s Residential Care
Salary: up to £48000 to £50000
Bonus: 5k Welcome Bonus + 21% Annual Performance Bonus, On-Call Payments (£30 per night)
Annual Leave: 32 days including Bank Holidays

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day running of the home and ensure it operates to the highest standards
- Deliver high-quality, child-centred care that meets both regulatory requirements and the individual needs of young people
- Lead on Ofsted inspections and drive service improvement
- Supervise and develop a committed team, including performance reviews and ongoing training
- Manage budgets and contribute to the strategic development of the home
- Work closely with external agencies, families, and professionals
- Promote safeguarding and well-being at all times
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior role within a children’s residential care setting
- Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce
- Working towards or holding a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children & Young People)
- Strong knowledge of The Children Act 1989, Children’s Homes Regulations, and safeguarding procedures
- Experience managing budgets and leading inspections
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to participate in the on-call rota
