Keys Group is offering a rare opportunity to take the reins of a brand-new 3-bed EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) home in Leicester. This is your chance to create a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment that helps young people thrive.
? Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the launch and ongoing success of the new children’s home
- Build and manage a passionate and committed care team
- Ensure exceptional outcomes for children and young people
- Deliver child-focused, therapeutic leadership and guidance
- Guarantee full compliance with care and safeguarding regulations
- Oversee budgeting, staffing, training, and operational development
- Act as a positive role model for both staff and residents
- 3+ years’ experience in a senior role within a children’s residential setting
- Level 3 or 4 in Children & Young People’s Workforce
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Sound knowledge of the Children Act 1989 & Children’s Homes Regulations
- Strong budget and performance management experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexibility and willingness to be part of the on-call rota
- A deep passion for helping young people reach their full potential
