  • Lead on the recruitment and selection of staff

  • Registered Manager with relevant qualifications and experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Knowledge of Childrens Safeguarding
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good understanding of relevant legislation and regulations
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources
