Children's Residential Role

Job Summary

This company is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Children's Residential. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing care and support for children in a residential setting. The role requires a compassionate and patient individual who can provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in their care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children in the residential setting
  • Provide emotional support to children in the residential setting
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children in the residential setting
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the residential setting
  • Administer medication and provide basic first aid when necessary

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a children's residential setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Valid DBS clearance

Salary

The salary for this role is competitive and will be based on the candidate's experience and qualifications. The current rate of pay is £14.24ph
