We’re looking for Children’s Residential Support Workers to join a passionate and dedicated team supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs. Based in high-quality residential homes across Salford and Stockport, you’ll be part of a team creating safe, stable and nurturing environments that allow young people to thrive.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting children aged 8–18 with complex needs, helping them build confidence, independence, and brighter futures
- Promoting daily routines, emotional wellbeing, and social development
- Assisting with activities, appointments, education, and day-to-day care
- Creating a homely, structured, and therapeutic environment
- Maintaining accurate records and working in line with safeguarding policies
- £12.50 per hour + £50 per sleep
- 2 on / 4 off rota with approx. 160 hours per month
- Full training and clear progression into Senior and Management roles
