Salary: £13.50 per hour + £50 per sleep-in

We’re recruiting for a Senior Residential Support Worker to help guide, mentor and support a team within a nurturing home for children with emotional and behavioural needs in Salford and Stockport. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as a shift leader, setting the tone and expectations for junior staff
- Supporting the Registered Manager with compliance, team development, and safeguarding
- Building strong and trusting relationships with children aged 8–18
- Contributing to care planning, behaviour management and incident reporting
- Ensuring a homely, therapeutic environment where children can grow and thrive
- £13.50 per hour + £50 per sleep
- 2 on / 4 off rota with 160 hours/month

- Strong experience working in a support role with vulnerable children
