Job Title: Data Entry Administrator
Location: Sittingbourne ME9 - office based
Contract Type: Temp for minimum 3 months
Weekly Hours: full time 36 hours per week
Start Date: January 2024
To provide administrative services, the role will principally be supporting with Data Entry of invoices to a CRM system, for the purchase ledger team.
- Undertake administrative tasks supporting the purchase ledger team
- Duties include data entry, telephone calls and emails, word processing, updating and manipulating databases, filing
Knowledge and Requirements
- Computer skills - competent in Excel/Word/Outlook. Has experience of Data entry or similar activity. Knowledge or experience of invoice processing desirable but not essential.
- Basic knowledge of standard functions (e.g. purchasing, responsible communications, customer service etc).
