Service care Solution are currently recruiting for an Deputy Home Manager in Bedfordshire

The Deputy Home Manager will work closely with the Home Manager to assist in the overall management and operation of the home during office hours.

Main Responsibilities

As an Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Deputising for the Home Manager in their absence
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home and ensuring quality and standards of care are upheld.
  • Required to work sleep in shifts when required

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience working with young people in a Residential setting
  • QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification or equivalent (in line with Ofsted regulations)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
