Deputy Manager

Do you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of young people?

We are looking for 2 dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager's to join a dedicated team in a residential care setting. We have 2 positions available at Erdington and Rugeley.

About the Role:

  • You will be the right hand to the Registered Manager, supporting the smooth running of the home.
  • You will ensure a safe and nurturing environment for the children and young people in our care.
  • You will work collaboratively with the team to provide high-quality care that meets the individual needs of each child.
  • You will play a key role in staff development and training.

What you will bring:

  • A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • A minimum of 2 years experience working with children and young people in a residential setting
  • Minimum of 6 months experience supervising staff
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding children

What we offer:

  • Salary ranging between £29,991 - £34,791
  • Full-time position (163 hours per month)
