Early Help Hub Support Assistant needed with West Sussex County Council
Start Date- ASAP
Location - Lancing or Shoreham
Duration - Initially 3 months
Hours per week - 37 hours per week
Salary - £11.64 ltd an hour
Description:
- You'll play a key role in ensuring the full-time family hubs are safe, welcoming and accessible for families, children and young people.
- You will work as part of a dedicated team within both the family hubs and local communities, providing information, advice and guidance around a range of issues to families, children and young people aged 0-25
- You will be providing practical support to families experiencing crisis, including organising food parcels
What is required?
- 4 GCSEs with A-C passes including Maths and English or equivalent
- IT qualification or equivalent experience
- Level 3 Information, Advice and Guidance qualification (desirable)
- Experience of dealing with the public and providing excellent customer service including providing specialist information, advice and guidance
