Pay rate £17.65 per hour

About the role
We have a great opportunity for an Onboarding Advisor to join our client on a temporary ongoing contract. We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Compliance/recruitment administrator who thrives on the challenge of working in a high volume, fast paced environment and can support the HR team with onboarding new starters

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring compliance with RTW regulations and verifying documentation.
  • Managing end-to-end onboarding processes, including generating offer letters and contracts.
  • Handling high volumes of recruitment tasks, processing approximately four offers daily.
  • Supporting the recruitment team by transitioning successful candidates to the onboarding stage.
  • Managing graduate and apprenticeship onboarding programs.
  • Coordinating with HR shared services for smooth onboarding processes.
  • Utilizing organizational tools such as trackers and diary management systems


Person Specification
An organized individual with a strong background in HR services, proficient in using Oracle, SAP, and SuccessFactors, who has experience managing high-volume recruitment processes. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of RTW regulations and visa processes, and ideally have experience working within the public sector. They should be adept at using organizational tools and have a proven track record in managing graduate and apprenticeship onboarding programs.
