Facilities Officer

Job Description

Our client, a local authority based in Southwark are recruiting for a Facilities Officer to join their team. This is on an ongoing temporary contract.

The main purpose of the role is to provide efficient, effective and economic building related facilities services to operational buildings ensuring the working environment fully supports the council's modern ways of working.

Work with corporate facilities management technical and project delivery teams, staff and external contractors to deliver a cost effective, sustainable and compliant operational programme across the division's property portfolio.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies/attributes;

Previous experience of facilities management, ideally within a local authority or housing association.
