We are currently seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position offers various shifts during weekdays, nights, and weekends across various Hospitals and Wards, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible part-time or full-time employment.

As a Band 3 position, this role offers competitive hourly rates of up to £22.00 per hour (Limited Company paid through umbrella)


About the Role: In this role, you will have the opportunity for one-to-one engagement with patients, contributing to their ongoing treatment and recovery within an NHS ward setting.

A minimum of 12 months' paid experience withing a Clinical Setting or Mental Health field is essential.

The successful candidate must be PMVA (or equivalent) trained (training will be provided), and possessing an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care would be advantageous. Significant experience in performing observations, coupled with the ability to identify patient deterioration, is highly desirable.
