Job Title: Housing Administrator
Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Type: Temporary ongoing
Locations:
  • Mondays & Tuesdays – London, N1
  • Wednesdays – London, W6
  • Thursdays & Fridays – Home-Based
Start Date: ASAP

We are currently recruiting for a proactive and detail-oriented Team Administrator to support the Home Ownership Support team within a well-respected housing organisation. This team specialises in resale, staircasing, lease extensions, and Right to Buy/Acquire services.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational efficiency and delivering high-quality administrative support in a customer-focused environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily admin support to ensure smooth team operations, assisting with task management and coordination.
  • Set up and amend customer rent accounts post-sale or transaction.
  • Accurately raise purchase orders and process invoices for effective financial tracking.
  • Draft and manage sales documentation, including memorandum of sales.
  • Upload and manage property listings on online platforms.
  • Instruct property valuations with external suppliers.
  • Respond to a high volume of internal and external customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Support with entry-level sales progression duties.
  • Organise and maintain digital document storage systems for accessibility and compliance.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Strong administrative background with experience supporting busy teams.
  • Confident in raising purchase orders and processing invoices accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a professional, customer-focused approach.
  • Team player with flexibility and a proactive attitude.
Desirable:
  • Understanding of leasehold management or residential property sales.
  • Previous experience in housing, real estate, or legal administration is a bonus.
