HR Advisor needed with Southampton City Council

Start Date- ASAP

Location - Southampton

Duration - 6 months

Hours per week - 37 hours per week

Salary - £19 ltd an hour

Description:

• To support Southampton Schools with the HR Business Partner
• To support the HR Business Partner for schools in all aspects of HR including ER case management, policy and strategy development and delivery of HR training to managers across the schools portfolio

What is required?

• Member of CIPD
• HR Qualification
• Experience of interpreting and presenting HR data and information to enable effective decision making
• Experience of providing balanced professional HR advice and guidance to managers and supporting managers at all levels in employment matters
