Job Title: Income Administration Officer
Location: Liverpool
Contract: Temp - Ongoing
Salary: £15.13 umbrella P/h

Service Care Solutions are looking for an Income Administrator in join our clients Retirement Living Scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and delivering day to day housing administration for different schemes across the business.
  • Providing support regarding income and administration to clients within a defined geographical location.
  • Ensuring all KPI's are met and exceeded including income collection and void management.
  • Working to support the wider team to ensure the organisations reaches income and occupancy targets.

Working Hours:

  • This is a Monday to Friday office-based role, offering a stable and consistent schedule.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience in dealing with customer queries
  • Confident and team player
  • Experience of Housing Management duties.
  • Experience of working with vulnerable people.
