As an Interim Corporate Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of business services and leadership support functions. Your attention to detail, proactive approach, and collaborative attitude will help drive organizational effectiveness and customer service excellence.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in meeting arrangements and general administrative support
- Support Company Secretarial duties including signing of deeds, maintaining registers, and corporate filings
- Maintain and update the Board members’ library and ensure content relevance
- Contribute to the administration of Disaster Recovery Business Continuity (DRBC) processes
- Assist in managing corporate subscriptions and affiliations
- Provide support for Strategic Leadership Team (SLT) operations including:
- Diary and event coordination
- Credit card reconciliations and mileage claims
- Conference bookings and record keeping
- Travel and accommodation arrangements for SLT and Governance teams
Qualifications and Experience:
- Positive, can-do attitude with high attention to detail
- Proven experience providing administrative support to teams or senior colleagues
- Excellent scheduling and coordination skills
- Strong IT literacy and adaptability to digital tools
- Clear communication and strong interpersonal abilities
- Self-starter with a flexible, team-oriented mindset
- High personal integrity and values aligned with service delivery
