Liquidlogic Trainer
 
Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a Children’s Home Liquidlogic Trainer in Northamptonshire.
 
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Liquidlogic Trainer to support the rollout and effective use of their new Liquidlogic system. This is a key role within the council’s digital transformation programme, delivering critical training to approximately 1,200 staff across the region.
 
Main Responsibilities
 
As a Liquidlogic Trainer you will be responsible for:
 
  • Deliver face-to-face and virtual training sessions to end users on the Liquidlogic social care software.
  • Create and refine training materials to suit various learning styles.
  • Provide on-the-spot technical support and troubleshooting during sessions.
  • Support users post-training as needed.
  • Travel across multiple council sites (mileage expenses will be reimbursed).
 
Requirements:
 
  • Proven experience delivering training on Liquidlogic systems (Adults’ or Children’s Social Care modules).
  • Ability to design, deliver, and adapt training content based on user needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work across different sites and adapt to varied team dynamics.
