Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a Children’s Home Liquidlogic Trainer in Northamptonshire.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Liquidlogic Trainer to support the rollout and effective use of their new Liquidlogic system. This is a key role within the council’s digital transformation programme, delivering critical training to approximately 1,200 staff across the region.
Main Responsibilities
As a Liquidlogic Trainer you will be responsible for:
- Deliver face-to-face and virtual training sessions to end users on the Liquidlogic social care software.
- Create and refine training materials to suit various learning styles.
- Provide on-the-spot technical support and troubleshooting during sessions.
- Support users post-training as needed.
- Travel across multiple council sites (mileage expenses will be reimbursed).
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering training on Liquidlogic systems (Adults’ or Children’s Social Care modules).
- Ability to design, deliver, and adapt training content based on user needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work across different sites and adapt to varied team dynamics.
