Join a leading Housing Association as a LiveSmart Manager in Tamworth, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of residents in a sheltered housing environment.
THE ROLE
As a LiveSmart Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the safety and security of the property and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Key-holder for the building, managing security and access.
- First point of contact for residents, contractors, and visitors.
- Facilitate repairs and maintenance in communal areas.
- Monitor laundry facilities and communal spaces.
- Conduct regular health and safety inspections.
- Oversee the management of residents' rent accounts and arrears.
- Ensure the completion of actions identified in fire risk assessments.
THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for an experienced individual with a background in facilities management, ideally within the housing sector. The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within sheltered housing.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication abilities, both oral and written.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices and procedures.
- Experience working with older people or the general public in a service-based role.
THE CONTRACT
- 25 Hours per week, flexible
- 12 Weeks, Temp to Perm
