Service Care Solutions are looking for a Occupational Therapist to work in Shrewsbury within the NHS. This is a Temporary agency contract working full time.

7 day service.

Job Role
A registered Occupational therapist is required to assess and treat patients requiring ward-based rehabilitation and assessment for discharge planning. Experience of working independently and at pace is required to ensure proactive discharge planning and robust and effective treatment plans are in place.
The person will be part of a therapy team including a rehab technician and a physiotherapist. Experience of community-based pathways would also be desirable to ensure length of stay is optimal.
