Job Title: Office Manager

Salary: £30,000 - £35000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Manager to join a reputable company that offers services across electrical, building maintenance and construction industries. This company has a strong commitment to recruiting apprentices that will learn and develop within the company to be a vital part of the growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the office and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the office and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment and facilities.
- Organise and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Manage and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Assist with HR administration tasks.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with HR administration tasks preferred.
- Experience with social media management preferred.
