Salary: £30,000 - £35000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Manager to join a reputable company that offers services across electrical, building maintenance and construction industries. This company has a strong commitment to recruiting apprentices that will learn and develop within the company to be a vital part of the growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the office and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.


  • Manage the office and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment and facilities.
  • Organise and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Manage and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Assist with HR administration tasks.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts.


  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with HR administration tasks preferred.
  • Experience with social media management preferred.
