Job Description
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of an established Financial Advisory firm in Wiltshire to join the team on a permanent basis. The firm is forward-thinking, multi-award winning and they invest in the development and progression of their staff with extensive training and courses.

This role is key to supporting the technical team in providing financial advice to a wide range of clients, ensuring all duties are carried out effectively and in line with firm standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supporting the consultants ahead of their client meetings
  • Preparing compliant, technical suitability reports and ‘Financial Life Plan’ reports detailing
  • the consultant’s recommendations for the client
  • Client annual reviews
  • Carry out technical research and analyse data collected on behalf of clients
  • Accurately invest client money as per Consultants’ recommendations post client meetings
  • Liaise with clients post meetings answering technical queries
  • Proactive in identifying investments/tax saving opportunities for clients
  • Manage and prioritise your work
  • Evaluate investment portfolios with consultants
  • Liaising and working closely with the Service Team
Candidate Criteria
  • Level 4 Diploma as a minimum with experience post qualification
  • Experience in a Paraplanner role for a minimum of 3 years
  • Great technical ability with experience of dealing with a range of clients
  • Strong knowledge of IT, MS Word & Excel and with back-office system experience
