Job Title: People Services Administrator
Work Pattern: 35 Hours a week
Contract: Asap start
Location: L24 8RF
Pay Rate: £14.86 Umbrella P/h

The People Services Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the People Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing the recruitment process, and providing support to the HR team. The People Services Administrator will report to the People Services Manager and will work closely with other members of the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the People Services team
  • Maintain accurate records of employee information
  • Manage the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, screening CVs, and arranging interviews
  • Provide support to the HR team, including preparing reports and maintaining HR systems

Key Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Experience in a HR or recruitment role is desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
