Service Care Solutions has a new and exciting opportunity which has become available working as a Leaving Care Personal Advisor with Trafford Council

Trafford Council are currently looking for someone who is happy to work 37 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

  • Be able to support young vulnerable people from the age of 16 years old to 21 years old.
  • Provide Advice guidance, practical and emotional support throughout the care leavers journey.
  • Have clear communication with other partner agencies to help support the young persons into independence.

Essential Criteria

  • Must be a car user, Own a car and hold Business insurance
  • Previous experience working with Young people/Care leavers is essential
