Service care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-known professional law firm based in Lancashire, which is in need of an Industrial Disease Solicitor.
The firm is open to Individuals with 2 year PQE in Personal Injury.
They can pay a salary of £30,000 - £50,000 annum depending upon experience.
Key Responsibilities as a Personal Injury Solicitor:
• Manage a caseload of industrial disease claims, from initial instruction to settlement or trial.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and, where necessary, court proceedings.
• Experience in drafting legal documents, including letters of claim, pleading, witness statements and settlement arrangements.
About you as a Personal Injury Solicitor:
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for clients.
• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with at least 2 years PQE in Personal Injury law.
