Job Title: Property Services Scheduler
Work Pattern: 35 Hours a week
Contract: Temp - Ongoing
Location: Camden
Days: Mon - Fri

Service Care Solutions are looking for a Property Services Administrator on behalf of our client in Camden. You will be responsible for the effective and efficient administration surrounding the repairs services team, compliance works and other technical projects.

Job Role -

  • Collaborate with a high-performing team to deliver timely and compliant work.
  • Provide essential administrative support to the Operations Teams, ensuring the seamless execution of Property Services Programmes and Technical Projects.
  • Keep accurate records of all tasks, from raising jobs and requisitions to managing follow-on works and sub-contractor activities.
  • Monitor operatives' efficiency and workload, aligning with Works in Progress (WIPs) guidelines.
  • Oversee subcontractors' job completion, ensuring correct submission of paperwork for supervisor's review and contractor payment.
  • Escalate any operative or contractor issues to the relevant surveyor or Head of Service promptly.
  • Embrace a "first time fix" approach, striving for effective solutions from the outset.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent IT skills and literacy
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Self-motivated, resilient, assertive and confident
  • Proven experience of excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
