If the above sounds like yourself our client within the Public Sector based in North London is currently recruiting for a Regeneration Programme Lead to join their Regeneration and Sustainable Development team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a statutory framework environment focusing on regeneration, housing, development or climate change.
The Role
Key purpose of the role is to work closely with other Regeneration Programme Leads to coordinate the design and development of the regeneration programme, to help achieve the long term strategy of the council.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Coordinate information and evidence to develop policy
- Lead design, development and delivery of policies
- Advise council on property development options to achieve long-term income
The Candidate
To be considered for this role you will require educated degree level or equivalent or the equivalent relevant work experience.

- HSDP Partnership Strategy
- Corporate Landlord model
The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £32 Per Hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
