Are you an experienced and passionate leader ready to take the next step in your career? This is your chance to lead from day one, launching a brand-new 3-bed children’s home set to open in August in Leicestershire. You’ll play a pivotal role in building a service that makes a genuine difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, developing, and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding care.
- Overseeing the home’s registration, setup, and early development phase.
- Ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance with Ofsted and regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborating with social workers, local authorities, and key professionals to support individualised care plans.
- Managing home budgets and ensuring financial performance.
- Driving the home’s strategic goals and long-term success.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a senior role within a children’s residential setting.
- Qualifications:
- Level 4 Children & Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Skills: Proactive, compassionate leader with safeguarding knowledge, people management skills, and financial insight.
- Driving: Full UK driving licence required.
- Flexibility: Able to take part in the on-call rota and adapt to the needs of a new service.
