We’re hiring on behalf of Keys Group for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a 4-bed Children’s Home in Wolverhampton, currently rated “Good” by Ofsted.
You'll be supported by a strong Deputy Manager and a dedicated care team, working together to deliver high-quality, therapeutic care for young people. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take full leadership of a warm, well-established home and shape meaningful outcomes.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience in a senior role within children’s residential care
- Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People’s Workforce
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership (or working towards)
- Knowledge of safeguarding and compliance
- Confident team leader and role model
- Full UK driving licence and on-call flexibility
