Resourcing Advisor needed with West Sussex County Council
Start Date- ASAP
Location - Chichester (hybrid)
Duration - Initially 6 months
Hours per week - 37 hours per week
Salary - £150 ltd aa day
Description:
- You will be supporting Children Services - mainly Early Help
- Focusing on Strategic recruitment, candidate attraction, sourcing and new routes to market
What is required?
- Must have experience in end to end recruitment
- Must have experience in sourcing candidates from other avenues than standard advertising
- Experience within a similar role
- Educated to GCSE Level A-C in English and Maths
