Job Summary:
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical services.

Secretarial Administrator
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £25,521 per annum (increasing to £27,040 after probation)
Additional Benefits: £150 Welcome Bonus
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (9am - 5pm, flexible hours)

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting Professional Correspondence: Write clear, accurate, and professional letters to GPs and medical professionals.
  • Document Management: Efficiently manage electronic filing systems and email correspondence.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative assistance to ensure seamless service delivery, including the production of high-quality letters.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Technical Proficiency: Competence with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and adept at using electronic health records.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Positive Attitude: Thrive in a dynamic environment, remaining calm under pressure.
  • Clinical Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role within a clinical or healthcare environment.
