Experienced Adult Social Worker
Job Description
This company is looking for an experienced Adult Social Worker to support the South Locality. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing Care Act Assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments, Best Interests Decisions, Safeguarding's, CoP work and working alongside the duty team.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Care Act Assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments, Best Interests Decisions, Safeguarding's, CoP work and work alongside the duty team
- Provide high-quality support to vulnerable adults
- Ensure that all assessments and decisions are made within the legal framework
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for service users
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Adult Social Worker
- Experience in completing Care Act Assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments, Best Interests Decisions, Safeguarding's, CoP work
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a complex workload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals
- Registered with Social Work England
