Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Portsmouth City Council
Salary: Agency 21.53 PAYE or 27.33 LTD per hour
- Main Grade: £27,668 – £30,152 + £5,000 recruitment & retention package over 6 years
- Higher Grade: £33,436 – £37,306 p.a.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducting timely, high-quality assessments
- Creating clear, purposeful care plans focused on outcomes
- Working closely with children and families to empower and support them
- Ensuring every child’s voice is heard and their needs are central to planning
- Championing diversity, curiosity, and child-centred practice
- Valuing Diversity – acknowledging and respecting differences

- A two-week induction for all new starters
