Salary: Agency 21.53 PAYE or 27.33 LTD per hour

Main Grade: £27,668 – £30,152 + £5,000 recruitment & retention package over 6 years
Higher Grade: £33,436 – £37,306 p.a.

Conducting timely, high-quality assessments
Creating clear, purposeful care plans focused on outcomes
Working closely with children and families to empower and support them
Ensuring every child’s voice is heard and their needs are central to planning
Championing diversity, curiosity, and child-centred practice
