š About the Role As a Childrenās Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in assessing and responding to the needs of children and young people at risk. Youāll work alongside a multi-agency team to ensure timely, effective support and interventions are in place, making a real difference in peopleās lives.
š¼ Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and deliver targeted interventions
- Work directly with children, young people, and families to identify their needs
- Develop and implement effective, child-centered support plans
- Collaborate with health, education, and community partners
- Maintain detailed, accurate case records
- Provide compassionate guidance and advocacy for families in crisis
- Qualified Social Worker (e.g., SW, LCSW, CBT)
- Proven experience working in children's social care
- Strong assessment and safeguarding skills
- Excellent communication and collaborative working abilities
