Salary: £14.24ph

Job Type: Full Time, 8:30am-16:00pm Monday-Friday

Job Description: As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care and assistance to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assisting with daily activities such as meal preparation, shopping, and household tasks.
• Supporting clients with their mobility and ensuring their safety at all times.
• Helping clients to manage their medication and attend appointments.
• Encouraging and enabling clients to participate in social activities and maintain connections with their community.
• Recording and reporting any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate team members.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential; full training provided).
• A caring and compassionate attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Specific qualification, e.g., NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care] (desirable).
